Al-Baker started his legal career before graduation as a trainee at the Law Offices of Mishari Al-Ghazali , He specialized there in commercial and corporate matters, that lead to acquire extensive experience in litigation, contract drafting, reviewing and negotiations. Al-Baker constantly participating in training sessions in addition to working to acquire and maintain practical knowledge and skills in the legal field.

Al-Baker litigates The Firm’s commercial and civil cases before courts of all levels.  He also appears on behalf of clients in Public Prosecutor’s investigations, criminal investigations, criminal evidence, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour Committees for labour disputes.  Also He initiates and follows up cases in the Ministry of Justice in the Execution departments.  He further attends meetings with clients whether for legal advice or to represent them in legal matters before third parties.  He also drafts legal memorandums and litigation related documents.  Additionally, Mr. Al-Baker oversees the administrative matters of the office in managing attendance for hearings, court orders, requests and executing court orders.  He supervises all legal and administrative procedures relating to establishing all kinds of companies, amending their Articles of Association and By-Laws
