The Firm was founded in 2015 by Abdullah Mohammed Al-Baker. After nearly 13 years of legal practice at Mishari Al-Ghazali law office, where he started as a trainee in 2002 until 2007 when he became member of Kuwait Bar Association, During his term at the Law Offices of Mishari Al-Ghazali, Al-Baker worked and handled all legal principles and rules governing Islamic banks and corporations, in line with the latest banking and commercial development, such as Islamic investments agency agreements, mark-up (Murabaha), speculation, debts purchase (Tawarruq), for the largest Islamic financing companies, including but not limited to, Kuwait Finance House, Investment Dar, A’ayan Leasing Company.
